Swiss Ball Russian Twist

Starting Position:
Sit on ball with feet flat. Then lean back and roll rear off ball until head, shoulders and upper back rest on it and torso is parallel to the floor. Pull belly button in, but do not tilt pelvis. Extend arms up until straight, hands together.


Rotate arms and head to left, lowering arms until they are parallel to floor and right shoulder is off ball. Squeeze butt tight and keep pelvis stable and centered, trying to turn the upper body only.

Rotate back to center, then repeat to the other side.
