Women’s cravings vary, some like salty foods, other creamy foods and then many, like you enjoy chocolate!

A recent study looked at why we crave chocolate and concluded that people do not become addicted to chocolate. Instead, the study found that people desire chocolate because they enjoy the sensation of eating it.

Perhaps try chocolate milk or soy milk, a fudgsicle or a chocolate pudding instead of a candy bar to get more nutrition.
